When a situation arises you have a choice whether to focus on the good or the bad - what you’re missing out on or what you’re fortunate for. 🍀. . Some people may naturally sway one way or another but your programming isn’t predetermined t birth - you can train your mind to focus on the good in your life. 🌈. . One way of doing this is physically note down things which could’ve been worse in any unsavoury scenario that arises. What can you be grateful for?✍🏽. . Also, noting down 3 things you’re grateful for before bed each night (whether anything has gone wrong that day or not!) can be a really powerful exercise over time and can also help improve your sleep! 😴. . ¿Y si bostezaremos antes de cada Serie? La teoría del bostezo. Esta semana Henry nos ha programado una salida de 40 minutos de calentamiento y 10 rectas de 200 metros. Henry, que es el estratega del #MétodoWaldeny gestiona la política exterior,; y yo, que llevo la política interna, me ocupo de la logística, organizo como dispondremos nuestros músculos internos, mente incluida, para su desarrollo. Primera recta, lo damos todo y los chicos vuelven jadeando a trote lento. Paramos y antes de la siguiente salida, les pido, ante su asombro, que bostecen ¿Os habéis preguntado en qué situaciones bostezamos y porqué? El cuerpo, nuestro instinto, nos echa una mano para sacarnos de la situación de SOS. Mensaje: “Te voy a dar una dosis extra de oxígeno para que tus músculos y tu cerebro se espabilen. Voy a provocar el ajuste más eficiente de tu boca, pecho, pulmones y diafragma para facilitar que absorbas la máxima cantidad posible: EFICIENCIA. ¿Y no es verdad que en el Running, más todavía en las series, me vendría de perlas ese resultado? Reproduzcamos la técnica del bostezo pues en nuestro running: Analicemos los beneficios del Bostezo: Relaja la mente y el cuerpo liberando estrés. Beneficia la concentración al oxigenar el cerebro. Muchos atletas olímpicos y de alta competición utilizan el bostezo dentro de sus rutinas habituales para concentrarse y focalizar su mente en el objetivo propuesto. Quem tem tempo nos dias atuais? . . Sempre ouço: “ mas eu não tenho tempo! Meu trabalho me consome muito, tenho filhos, cachorro...”. Mas quando realmente queremos algo na vida damos um jeito. Então organize seu tempo, escolha suas prioridades. Se a ideia é organizar sua alimentação tenha um planejamento, uma rotina de alimentação saudável que facilita muito. Se sentir dificuldades peça ajuda, vá a um profissional qualificado, um Nutricionista no caso, procure um médico e faça um check up. Se a dificuldade é exercícios escolha um horário confortável para não ter desculpas ou furos, e escolha uma atividade que proporcione prazer, assim fica mais fácil de ir e manter. Excelente dia! J’ai rencontré dernièrement Jan Chozen Bays et Char Wilkins (sur la photo), les fondatrices du programme Mindful eating. 🥒⠀ . ⠀ S’appuyant sur les principes MBSR (Réduction du Stress basée sur la Pleine Conscience, programme créé par Jon Kabat-Zin, médecin pratiquant la méditation), ce programme est à la croisée de la méditation de pleine conscience et de notre relation avec la nourriture. ‍⚕️🧘‍♀️⠀ . ⠀ Notre approche de l’alimentation, notre façon de manger sont très imprégnées d’émotions, d’automatismes, de sensations physiques, d’une histoire personnelle, familiale, culturelle… Toutes ces dimensions influencent la façon dont nous expérimentons la nourriture. 🥗⠀ . ⠀ Le programme mindful eating permet d’explorer notre relation avec l’alimentation, grâce à la pleine conscience.⠀ . ⠀ Vue, odeurs, goûts, toucher et même ouïe, tous nos sens sont activités dans l’acte de se nourrir. En portant notre attention sur ces sens et ce qu’ils nous renvoient au contact de la nourriture, nous devenons ainsi plus conscients de comment, quand, où, quoi et pourquoi nous mangeons.⠀ . ⠀ Manger ne devient alors plus un acte automatique. When we start practicing self love we give off a completely different energy. We vibe at a different frequency. The way we see and treat others changes when we accept and love ourselves unconditionally. A magical transformation happens. The love that we fill ourselves with overflows into the lives of others and we learn to stop judging “others” because we stop judging ourselves. We learn to love others unconditionally because we love ourselves. We realise that we are all on this planet going through the same thing called “life” which is full of adventure but isn’t always fun and easy. However, when we practice self love we tap into a frequency which connects us to everyone and everything meaning we no longer feel like we are alone. We realise that we are one and in this together. Self love is not selfish, it’s necessary. There are so many changes; physically, mentally and emotionally at this age, so I’m offering a 2 hour gentle, fun and informative workshop for kids. We will; - support a change in perspective 💫 - facilitate some gentle healing 🦋 - teach some take home ‘be-cool tools’ so they can use their own resources to help cope with life’s ongoing stressors 🤙🏻 Class sizes will be limited to honour the nature of the class. If you have, there is a lot of truth to this.—————— Dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, and endorphins are the 4 neurotransmitters responsible for our happiness. Many events can trigger these neurotransmitters, but rather than being in the passenger seat, there are ways we can INTENTIONALLY cause them to flow. We might not have a money tree, but we can have a happiness tree.—————————————————————————————————————————— Neurotransmitters are chemical messengers that carry electrical signals between neurons in the brain. Dopamine and serotonin are two important neurotransmitters for mental health. They affect your mood, memory, sleep, libido, appetite, and more.—————————————————————————————————————————— In some cases, serotonin appears to inhibit dopamine production, which means that low levels of serotonin can lead to an overproduction of dopamine.————————————————————————————————————————— Dopamine and serotonin have opposite effects on appetite; whereas serotonin suppresses it, low levels of dopamine can stimulate hunger.
