🍁Fall Bootcamp Day 9/24🍁 Dropped my Tuesday Yoga class AND got my LIIFT4 workout in early 🌅(between dropping off my high schooler at 6:55 am and my 5th grader at 9 am) so that I could have a scheduled “at home day” to catch up with my home keeping to-dos and finish the kitchen cabinet re-org project that I had started on Friday. 🛒 Standing in the supermarket, explaining loudly to FIL, who’s very hard of hearing, why keyless ignition still requires a key nearby was not on my list of things to do. Nor was driving out to his old house to hunt for his car key 🔑. Yet, if I didn’t help him, who would? DH was 4 hours away for work, my kids were all in school. I was really hoping I’d be able to find the car key since he’d already borrowed the spare the last time he lost his car key, leaving my key chain for his car empty. Yesterday’s Wold Diabetes Day is a perfect timing to make an official commitment: ▪️I will not eat sugar for the rest of 2019.▪️ Sugar causes addiction! If you can limit yourself to one cookie and one chocolate square, well done for you! I admire your willpower. Unfortunately this is not my case. More I eat sugar, more I crave it. I have major issue with binge eating of sweets and this week was worse... I ate way too many chocolate bars, it made me feel really bad mentally and physically, my skin broke down, I feel lethargic with no energy.... 😞 So, as I like to always challenge myself, I commit to: ▪️No refined sugar for the rest of this year▪️ I want to feel in control, and stronger than my sugar cravings! ❌Foods I will eliminate:❌ - bread, pizza and pasta of all kinds 🥖 🍕 🍝 - brownies, cookies, muffins, donuts, cakes, ice cream... 🍩 🍪🍰🧁🍦 - croissants and other pastries 🥮🥐 - burgers, fries 🍟 🍔 - chocolate 🍫 ✅I will limit myself to:✅ - 1 piece of fruit daily 🍎🥝🍓🍍 - 1 health(ish) treat per week such as my favorite @bekindsnacks_mebar or @myproteinaevegan energy or a glass of wine 🍷 🤗 Let's do this! Birnen Zimt Porridge mit Safran.Die Birne schön regional hat sehr gesunde Inhaltsstoffe wie zum einen großen Anteil Folsäure (Serontinbilder)Die Birne ist zudem Lieferant vieler wichtiger Mineralstoffe wie Eisen, Kalium, Kupfer, Jod, Magnesium, Phosphat und Zink, sie entwässert und schmeckt am besten leicht angedünstet für das Porridge,süß und saftig ,und besser verdaulich als roh.Und dazu ein Fädchen(wirklich nur eins!) Safran ,ein teures da sehr mühsam geerntetes Gewürz. "Есть или не есть?!" Вечный вопрос, когда смотришь на пироженку.🧁 ⠀ С 28 октября я не ем с͟͟а͟͟х͟͟а͟͟р͟͟. Потеряла 2-3 кг. Глядя в зеркало, внешних изменений не замечала. Т.к. я на ГВ, смогла отказаться только от сахара, но в остальном всё тоже самое: каши (мноооого), мясо, рыба и т.д. ⠀ Но на днях у меня был читмил. Я съела всё, что видно на фото и сверху накрыла шоколадкой🍫🥴 Жалею? Немного. Никогда не заморачивалась диетами. Dzień dobry w piątek! 😊 Lubicie jeść kanapki na śniadanie? Ja na pierwsze zawsze kromeczkę domowego chleba z dużą ilością warzyw i dodatków a na drugie płatki z jogurtem 😊 Dziś mam dla Was przepis na świetny chleb który znika do ostatniej kromeczki. Jest bardzo sycący i smakuje świetnie po wyskoczeniu z tostera 😊 Chleb oczywiście jest bezglutenowy i z niższym indeksem glikemicznym niż taki tradycyjny, ponieważ jest z mąki gryczanej i z ciecierzycy. No to czas na przepis: 300g mąki gryczanej 100g mąki z ciecierzycy 500ml ciepłej wody 8 g drożdży suchych 1 łyżeczka soli 2 płaskie łyżeczki ksylitolu 2 łyżki siemienia lnianego kielonego 2 łyżki otrąb gryczanych 2 łyżeczki ziół prowansalskich (można pominąć) Czarnuszka/sezam do posypania po wierzchu Przygotowanie: Do ciepłej wody dodaje drożdże oraz ksylitol, mieszam. Dosypuje 4 łyżki mąki gryczanej, przykrywam bawełnianą ściereczką i zostawiam na 15 minut. Pozostałą część mąki mieszam z otrębami, siemieniem, ziołami, solą i dodaje do "części mokrej" zostawiam pod ściereczką na 20 minut. Piekarnik rozgrzewam do temperatury 200 stopni. Ciasto przekładam do foremki wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia, posypuje czarnuszkę. I zostawiam pod ściereczką na jeszcze 15 minut. Piekę około 45 minut. 🍁Fall Bootcamp Day 8/24🍁 🤭Double booked myself on Veteran’s Day. PiYo and lunch with PiYo Peeps was calendared first then I booked my 84 yo FIL’s move on the same day.🤦🏻‍♀️ But there was logic to both. It was a rare get-together for 2 of my PiYo Peeps who had gone back into the workforce. It was only logical, on their day off, to do PiYo and lunch together. As for FIL’s moving date, my elementary, high school and college kids all had the day off so my older kids were available to help, and I didn’t need to worry about drop-offs and pick ups for my 2 youngest kids. 🙏🏻So thankful that the moving company’s crew was soooo on top of things. I got to FIL’s early, met the crew, and went over logistics. My boys came over mid-morning to switch off with me and take over coordinating the move = I was able to get my workout in and catch up with my friends over lunch. Things went to smoothly that they were at the new house before I knew it. Caught up with them just in time to see the end of the unpacking and answer the miscellaneous questions that popped up. 😳Funny story: while we were helping FIL set up house to get him through at least the first couple of days, FIL took off on his own without telling anyone where he was going, AND forgetting to take his cellphone. Just when we were beginning to wonder if we should worry, he returned home. Apparently he had decided he needed to go back to the old house to pick up his mail.📬 🍴 M1 - Hummus and Baba Ganoosh with carrots; 🍽 M2 - Dinner out at our favorite Chinese restaurant. . ✖️BREAKFAST✖️. . Cheesecake breakfast with @callowfit_officialsalted caramel sauce and sugar free chocolate sprinkles. . ✖️ONTBIJT✖️. . Een heerlijk stuk cheesecake (uit de vriezer) met @callowfitbeneluxsalted caramel saus en @cerealbelgiumchocolade hagelslag. Voor diegene die deze nog niet gemaakt hebben 😜⬇️. . Cheesecake 🌸 Bodem: 140 gram @stevialaamandelmeel 40 gram @stevialakristalsweetvanille 1 tl @stevialavanillebourbon 60 gram gesmolten roomboter 1 ei Vulling: 600 gram Philadelphia 2 eieren 100 gram @stevialaEry-pure 2tl citroensap 1 tl @stevialavanillebourbon Zorgdat de roomkaas en eieren op kamertemperatuur zijn. Met een houten lepel meng je alle ‘bodem’ ingrediënten met elkaar. Spray een springvorm (22cm) in met boter en verdeel het deeg hierover. (Gebruik natte handen om het deeg te verdelen). Bak 15 minuten in een (voorverwarmde) oven op 150 graden. Ondertussen mix je de alle ‘vulling’ ingrediënten (behalve de eieren) romig. Nu 1 voor 1 de eieren eronder mixen. Haal de bodem uit de oven en giet het cheesecake mengsel erop. Maak vlak. Nu afbakken op 175 graden ca. 30/35 minuten (randen stevig en midden nog wiebelig). Haal uit de oven na bakken en laat volledig afkoelen. Dek af met folie en zet minimaal 5 uurtjes in de koelkast (liefst nachtje). . ➡️ callowfitsauzen en cereal verkrijgbaar bij @afvallenmetbregje. ➡️ @stevialaproductenverkrijgbaar bij @afvallenmetbregjeenbij @stevialazelf
