O #warmup(aquecimento) é a parte que deve receber atenção da mesma forma que a parte principal do treinamento. ⠀_ É o momento que você está “preparando” o corpo para o específico, portanto deve conter movimentos que otimizem das mesmas habilidades necessárias durante o seu treinamento. ⠀_ Por exemplo, se o seu treinamento está forcado para força e potência para membros inferiores, precisa adicionar exercícios específicos com movimentos para os membros inferiores. Abbiamo un +57.5kg sul totale che sembrano tantissimi ma in realtà sono un incremento normale su un principiante o una persona che come lei era ferma da un po' di tempo. Ciò non toglie che sia orgogliosissima sia del risultato in sé che del miglioramento tecnico notevole. Finishing 2019 with the 1st meet I ever won: 2nd place deadlift, 4th place bench - Carbyne Strength Competition 2 - total winner @-93kg category. CIRCLE OF INFLUENCE 🤔 We are the average of the 5️⃣ people we associate with most. Look at your training, diet, mindset, finance, career, relationships and energy... Can you get in and out of your hips? 🔹If you want to get big and strong, for the most part you only need your hips to flex and extend. 🔹From an athletic movement perspective (any movement really), it’s important that your hips can do more than flex and extend. PARTICULARLY if you like to play any kind of sport pain free. And even more importantly if you want to do it well. Most athletic movements rely on high speeds, and your elastic tissues are what allow for energy storage and release (not necessarily muscles-you don’t have enough time to ramp up to max voluntary muscle contraction-sporting movements are too fast) 🔹So the more rotational movement you have the more torque you’ll be able to create, which will equal more potential for high velocity movement. Think of pulling a small rubber band and releasing it, vs a large rubber band, which one will go farther 🔹From a golf posture perspective, people struggle to actually rotate their hips-they either flex/extend or sway side to side. These characteristics lead to some common swing faults which can limit performance. Here’s a little drill that can be used to work on hip rotation (assuming you already know how to control pelvis using sagittal plane, and can hip shift well). 🔹Get into your 6 iron posture with you butt on the wall. Rotate hips and torso back forth while passing the KB. Should feel your back pocket. I stole this from @compoundperformance_and am applying it to golf to combat swaying and early extension. You can see in the second video how you might progress this to learn how to use the ground and your hip rotation to compress and explode through the zone. Can also see how the proper kinematic sequence is Hips->Torso->Arms->Hands/Club 🔹The hips need to be able to internally and externally rotate, adduct and abduct, flex and extend. Flexion and extension is mostly a product of “can my glutes, hamstrings, and abs do their job?” For a lot of people, the answer is no-so if you can’t find hamstrings and abs, this post won’t help you that much.
